Within 14 days after purchase

Can I return my product?
Yes this is possible at Rana !! Undamaged and unused products can be returned within 14 days. The following conditions apply for this:

  1. You will return within the age of 14 days. This trial period goes in on the day that you have received the product.
  2. The product is undamaged and in the original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
  3. Retourzendingen zijn voor eigen rekening en eigen risico. Je bent dus zelf aansprakelijk voor de zending mocht deze zoek raken of beschadigen. Zorg er dus altijd voor dat je jouw zending voldoende gefrankeerd en aangetekend verstuurd. Vraag de transportdienst (bijv. op het Postkantoor) dan ook altijd de traceercode. Bewaar deze goed!!
  4. You must send the packing slip or invoice (copy) to the return shipment.

Please note: a return shipment does not fully meet all of the above points, it will not be processed. The product will then be returned to the cost of the customer.

What cannot be returned or exchanged?
Products that cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Consumption products that are already open, such as shampoo, conditioner, mask, serum, hair spray.
  • Products that we have specially ordered for you.
  • Products that are custom made and / or edited especially for you.
  • IFLIP, ICLIP, ponytails and all other hairpieces, etc. (i.v.m. hygiene).

Do you doubt whether the product you wish to order can be exchanged afterwards, always take first contact with us. This way you will not be able to stand afterwards for an unpleasant surprise.

Return: Step-by-step
Step 1: Send an email to ours klantenservice Before you return the package. State your name in this, the order number, which product you want to return and the reason for this.

Step 2: From us you get a confirmation containing the return form.

Step 3: You fill this return form. The more information you fill in on this, the faster we can handle your return shipment.

Step 4: Send the sufficiently stamped and well-packed package with Retour form

Step 5: Once we have received your return shipment, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Step 6a: when exchanging; The new product is sent to you (or possibly ordered from our factory), provided that all conditions are met.

Step 6b: back to money; Within 10 working days the amount will be refunded to your bank account, if all conditions are met.

When canceling an order, the cost of the return shipment is for its own account.

If products have to be ordered especially for you, it is not possible to cancel the relevant order when it has already been sent. Ask for this prior to placing an order or the products you want to be ordered by us.
